Instructions for COM Request

To receive the most accurate quote, please provide as much detail of the requested pillow(s) as possible. You will need to complete one page of this form per pillow style.

At the end of each request page, check "yes" if needing to submit additional styles. Check "no" if complete. Once all information is complete, click "submit." You will receive an email confirmation with a copy of the form in your inbox.

Once I receive the quote request, I will begin working on the quote. Please anticipate a response within 1-2 business days.

Please note COM lead-times are 1-2 weeks once all material is received. If you need your order sooner, a rush charge may be applied.

COM Receiving

Upon receipt of this form, we will send you amount of yardage necessary for completion and an invoice for payment. Please note a minimum of $75 is required for COM orders. This does not include shipping costs.

Please notify us before any material is ordered and shipped to our workroom. It is our workroom preference that all fabric is shipped on the bolt to prevent any wrinkling in shipment. We cannot guarantee wrinkles can be removed if fabric is folded during shipment. Depending on the extent of wrinkling, an additional charge may be applied for ironing time.

If any material arrives damaged or is lost in transit, it is up to the party that ordered the material to resolve and file a claim. Our workroom will gladly repackage any damaged material, but we will not be responsible for filing a claim or coordinating with the shipper to resolve these issues. The ordering party will issue a return shipping label if needed as well as a pick up request for the package.

Of note, we do not have capacity to store material long-term (>1-2 months). Please do not ship material until you are ready to proceed with an order in a timely manner.

COM Payment Terms

Orders will not ship until payment is received in full. To avoid delay and payment fees, we accept payment directly via Venmo:

You may also make an ACH payment via Quickbooks for an added $25 payment fee through the invoice link we send to you. If paying via credit card is preferred, we will add a 3% fee to the invoice and send a separate checkout link for payment.

COM Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped once complete. If you prefer partial shipments, additional shipping charges will be applied. Orders ship via UPS Ground and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

Shipping insurance is applied to all COM orders. If you prefer to waive insurance, our workroom will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. An estimated insurance coverage will be applied to the invoice. Please notify me upon invoicing if coverage should be adjusted or waived.

Material Overage

Our workroom standard is to round up to the nearest 1/2 yard when quoting material. Most vendors sell in increments of 1 yard, which means more material may be sent than required. Vendors may also send additional yardage to accommodate pattern repeats.

We keep an active social media profile to showcase our work. Oftentimes we share current projects that are on our worktable and include fabric information for our clients' reference. However, we understand an interior designer's preference to withhold this information from the public.
