To get started with a pillow request, complete our Custom Pillow Request Form. Include as many details as possible for the most accurate quote. Once we receive your submission, we will begin working on a quote for you.

All custom pillows and bolsters and handcrafted by our workroom in Mississippi and shipped domestically and directly to you.

Absolutely! We prefer you order a swatch first just to be sure the fabric will coordinate in your space.

When completing our Custom Pillow Request Form, check the box to request a swatch.

Shipping charges may be applied depending on vendor associated fees.

Our workroom has developed relationships with hundreds of fabric designers and showrooms. You can browse our vendor list and search their websites for the perfect fabric for your space.

Once you have a fabric selected, complete our Custom Pillow Request Form, and we'll get a quote setup for you to order.

Our workroom does not currently offer design services for choosing the perfect fabric for your space. We recommend reaching out to an interior designer or decorator first. Once you have a fabric in mind, come back to us with the details, and we'll put your selections in motion!

Let us know the fabric and yardage quantity needed, and we'll get a quote setup for you. Please note most of our vendors have a 3-5 yard minimum to order. Some vendors will allow smaller cuts but do charge an additional fee.

INSERTS

Square and lumbar inserts are sold separately from pillow covers. For bolster orders, the appropriate size is included with your order.

When completing our Custom Pillow Request Form, you can indicate whether you need inserts included or not.

We recommend an insert that is 1-2" larger than the pillow cover. Typically 2" is best as it fills the corners more completely and offers a fuller look.

DRAPERY

Yes! One-width side panels and cafe curtains are made by our workroom with the utmost care. Functional drapery is made by a commercial workroom specializing in high quality drapery and window treatments. Panels ship directly to you once complete based on your specifications.

Quick Ship Drapery Panels are offered with limited customization options including panel width and hem length.

Custom widths and lengths can also be requested, but processing times are extended to 5-6 weeks. Complete our custom drapery request form to request other fabrics or panel styles.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because we often begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to ensure quick delivery, we do not offer cancellations.

If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us immediately after placing the order. Once material has been ordered, we cannot cancel or make changes to your order.

All items in our shop are made to your order or are final sale and not available for return or exchange. Once your order is placed, we oftentimes immediately begin ordering the material necessary for your order, so we also cannot accept cancellations.

Each item is made with the highest quality. Interior seams of pillow covers are professionally finished, and a YKK invisible zipper is used for pillow closure.

If you are unsure whether a pillow or drapery will coordinate in your home, please order a swatch to confirm. If an item is delivered and defective, please contact us immediately.

SHIPPING

Material is ordered for custom requests once your payment is processed. Shipment times will vary based on vendor's inventory, with most fabrics arriving within 1-4 weeks. We do our best to have your order completed and ready for shipment within 1 week of receiving the material.

For quick ship drapery, panels ship within 10-15 days of your order.

For more custom drapery, panels typically ship within 5-6 weeks of your order.

All custom request orders ship free domestically via UPS Ground and should be delivered within 3-5 days of shipment. If you would like to upgrade shipping for a faster delivery, please contact us prior to your order. Shipping charges for expedited shipment will apply.

All in stock items ship via UPS. Shipping charges applied at checkout.

Quick Ship drapery orders also ship via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the quantity of panels selected.
